Our refund and returns policy is effective for 30 days from the purchase date. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.<\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div>To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, along with the original packaging. Certain items are exempt from being returned, such as perishable goods, intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials, and downloadable software products.<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Non-Returnable Items<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>In addition to the above, we do not accept returns for gift cards, downloadable software products, and certain health and personal care items.<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Refund Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a specified number of days.<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Late or Missing Refunds<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>If you haven\u2019t received your refund yet, please first check your bank account. Sale items cannot be refunded.<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Exchanges<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at contact@foygroup.com.au and send your item to our provided physical address.<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Gifts<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you\u2019ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn\u2019t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, we will send a refund to the gift giver.<\/div>\n<h2><strong>Shipping Returns<\/strong><\/h2>\n<div>To return your product, you should mail it to 5 \u00c1rd Barra, Glanmire, Co. Cork, T45 TE80, Ireland. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
